Brian Clough made Paul Hart an offer he couldn't refuse.

"He said to me, 'If you think you're going to get the same money (as you're on now), you've got another thing coming. But I'm not leaving here until you sign."

It's just one of the great memories of Cloughie recalled by Harty in this exclusive and in-depth interview with Green Jumper host Marcus Alton.

The former Nottingham Forest defender and manager talks with humour, warmth and honesty about life with the Miracle Manager.

He describes how he was on the wrong end of a Clough telling off after trying to waste time, but was praised after playing with a broken nose and cheekbone.

Trust was an important part of their working relationship and Harty says he considers himself to have been very lucky knowing that Brian Clough was 'in your corner' if you needed help.
